Brian Stanton brings over two decades of leadership experience, with a proven track record of applying principles from The Table Group to drive organizational transformation. His deep belief in the inherent value and dignity of work fuels his mission: to help people discover purpose and energy in their work—starting with a renewed appreciation for Monday morning, not just Friday afternoon.

Brian specializes in helping leadership teams improve organizational health by fostering alignment, enhancing communication, and building scalable, people-centered processes. He partners with executives to clarify strategic priorities, strengthen team cohesion, and implement actionable solutions that improve engagement and performance. With a unique ability to bridge technical understanding and big-picture strategy, he ensures lasting impact across a wide range of industries.

Brian has held key leadership roles including Vice President of Sales, Operations Director, Healthcare Administrator, and Administrative Claims Manager. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication from California State University, Sacramento and a Master of Business Administration from BIOLA University.
