Brian brings over fifteen years of leadership experience from the automotive, healthcare and insurance industries where he has implemented principles from The Table Group. His passion for the inherent value and dignity of work drives him to help others discover how to love Monday Mornings. His enthusiasm for Organizational health allows him to connect with executives and leadership teams to address their most challenging problems and develop clear action steps that support the organization's goals.
Brian’s specialty is helping teams implement practices to improve organizational health that have a significant impact on engagement and performance. He works with leaders to build cohesive teams, provide clarity, improve communication and build consistent processes within the organization. His broad experience gives him the ability to comprehend technical concepts and connect them to strategic priorities.
Prior to partnering with Table Group, Brian’s positions included; Operations Director at Excel Managed Care, Area Director at Dialysis Clinic, Inc., Healthcare Administrator at DaVita Healthcare Partners, and Administrative Claim Manager at Allstate Insurance. Brian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication from California State University Sacramento and a Master’s Degree in Business from BIOLA University.
